Mike -

I give these talks all the time (the last one as PhotoPro Expo, though that was
a two hour talk).  I generally break the talk down into major components and go
from there.

For instance, Definition of Infrared Photography, Materials, Film Comparison,
Camera Problems, Focusing, Filters, Exposure, Processing, Results.  I keep EIR
at the back, as there are so many things to go over that there is seldom time to
cover it.  Don't forget to allow plenty of time for questions.
