The type of lighting will be very important here, so you'll probably need
to do some experimentation. I've shot HIE between EI 50 and 1000 without
a problem. However, I would recommend developingthe film yourself, unless
your lab allows you to specify developer and details. Around here, most
labs use TMax developer for ALL B&W processing, which is (IMHO) not the
proper developer for HIE. Doing it yourself gives you complete control,
and you don't even need a darkroom.
