Yes, actually the first time that I came across a reel without tank,
just like your configuration, requiring a separate tank-only.
Not sure why people arrange such imbalanced gear....do some find it
more easy to load two films/reels, and keep fiddling in the dark until both
are finished?
There is even a spare film-snapper included, to hook the film onto
the reel....maybe the 2nd reel was a spare part too....8-))
