The reason I brought-up the subject of IR film freezing, is because the 
people at Kodak tech dept. say that freezing the film is unnecessary and 
could create unwanted condensation problems.  In fact, certain of their 4x5 
non-IR films carry recommendations that the film NOT be frozen.  As they have 
told me at various times, normal refrigerator cooling is just fine.
