Condensation will only occur if the film is *not* in it's canister.... If
Kodak say that, you have spoken to an ignorant. And there are quite a few
of them at Kodak, unfortunately.....
It is vital, however, not to take the film directly from the freezer to the
camera. The film may snap (as at will at extremely low temperatures). Best
bet is to keep it in a fridge for 24 hrs to get to normal temperature at
"the best pace" (from own and other's personal experience).
