My experience with B & H

I started-out several years ago with Adorama.  Had a few good shipments, but 
had a three month plus back order after that, where they already had my money 
but never told me the item had been discontinued.....in spite of a few 
inquiring calls on my part.  They knew the situation after the first month of 
back-order.

One incidental dig at Le Camera.  Two thousand bucks of Hasselblad equipment, 
for which they charged my credit card twice and when I returned one of the 
items a few days later, they refused to acknowledge that they had received 
it.  Thank goodness for UPS tracking, who had the signature on the return 
slip.

I have ordered from B&H for years, had no significant trouble.  One small 
item was incorrect some months ago, they credited me for it and said to 
forget about the inconvenience of returning it to them - just keep it.  
They're all right in my book.  And, living only 200 or so miles away, I get 
regular service overnight.  That's nice.
