B&H may not be perfect but in the photography world they are considered very 
honest and will always do what it takes to make the customer happy.  

There phone system can be a pain, going thru the long menu system.

Another place I use is Calumet.  The person who answers the phone will know 
what your talking about and take your order.  No transfers or menu's to deal 
with.
