I would add that the theory that you must start the whole
washing process again once another fixed print is introduced
into the wash tray is pretty specious. The amount of fixer being
added is relatively small, and it is diffusing into a relatively
large amount of water. The wash time does need to be extended,
but starting again from zero is ridiculous.
