Re: Print File sleeves
I use glassine sleeves. Paterson. no problems in 25 years now.

To the Group,
I recently made the disturbing discovery that I was getting fine scratches
on the base side of my 35mm film from the cut edges of Print File sleeves CP
35-6HB. Some of the scratches show on prints.
I contacted the company by Email and Mike Collins replied that there may be
some problem with TMX (the film I mentioned) and he suggested my using an
envelope style product - which they also sell.
These people are the self-proclaimed "industry leader" in archival film
preservers. I think these "preservers" are damaging everyone's film.
Anybody else notice a problem?
Stan Patz NYC
