Right, but the default is otherwise.  My only point is that we are too
accustomed to blaming Microsoft for everything.

I've been on the Internet for about nine years, and the program I've used
longer than any other starts one at the top.  I'm perfectly fine with
altering things to accommodate the wishes of the administrator.
