George,

Called the friend after your first message and told her about your web site
- she said "George? You mean George Smith yes I love his web site and have
it bookmarked...." She's on a Bromoil crusade now and keeps asking me
about IR film :-)

Talk about keen - she has only had web access for a few weeks!

Will pop back over to your web site and read the articles with interest if
I am not told all about them before I get a chance to surf back ;-)

Will check on the film speed issue re. Rodinal and similar developers as I
was under the impression that they made the effective film speed faster due
to the way the developer works faster on blacks and shadows...... Seem to
recall reading that Rodinal had no overall effect on film speed but bow to
your greater knowledge on the subject.

All the best,
