Well to make the original sender of the "I Wiped out" feel that they are not
alone.. I did the same last Monday at work on three critical B&W negs. I was
also asked if I used Fixer instead of Developer.. but I checked and the only
conclusion to my fault was old developer. When I used fresh Developer (and
the same Stop Bath and fixer in the prior steps).. I had results.

Now today I have to redo the photo shoot.. with normal B&W, plus 3200 ISO
B&W, before I get my chance at Infra-red.

You may recall my mentioning this over a year ago, I am almost there (you
can slap me!!).

If the film is completely blank with no manufacteror's name and edge
numbers, you have probably put it in the fixer before you have developed it.
If there is the edge numbers and the kodak's name, you probably didn't
exposed the film at all.
