You can but replacement seal kits directly from Bronica on the Tamrom site. I
just installed one on the 70mm back I have. It would seem that the aluminum
strips should make the seal IR proof.

Willem-Jan Markerink just yesterday posted a 70mm ETRS back for sale. Contact
him, he is a very reliable source.
