RE: Pinholes in film base.

She has a number of misstatements in that book, unfortunately (I remember
something about having to keep the fix you use with IR film separate from
your regular fix because it contaminates it in some way, or something goofy
like that).  I've used Kodak's Indicator Stop at film strength with several
hundred rolls of HIE and countless sheets of HSI and have not had this
problem.  Not to say that there's no way that that could be the problem, but
experience dictates away from this.  Of course, if one is using stop bath at
a higher dilution then that could be a different story.
