That makes sense. There does not seem to be anything really special about
Marsden's IR technique. Seems like he might use a deeper red or opaque
filter for some shots, but it looks pretty much straight HIE in D-76 or
equivalent. It is his creative vision, composition, and emotional impact
which are remarkable. I've always wondered why he does not do some follow up
to the book. I usually show it to students and none have been unimpressed,
and most have been awed. Not an easy reaction to get from "generation X"!!
