I haven't been keeping track of his work particularly but he has done at
least two of these books (and it might be more than that)- there was
another one with a title like "Phantoms of the Isles". Grays of
Westiminster in London would probably know- he's a customer of theirs and I
think they might have sold his books.

The GOW site AFAICR has nothing about SM on it but its a great site for
anyone with a liking for Nikon and you can get their fax or email or
whatever from it to ask about SM books.
