I am not sure what time period this film was made in but if you wanted HIE on
16mm stock you could get it fairly readily until not too long ago. I suspect
you can still probably get it if you spend enough money. Anyway, making a 
print from it would give you the positive image suitable for motion picture
"construction". 

If it is film it is not the camera. If it is not film then it is video,
digital or electronic. In any case it is the detector that matters, not the
camera. Or, it could all be a fake ... but I think I am missing the point.
