How long can you go until developing?

I'm going to be going home to my small town for a couple of weeks, and will
be taking a lot of pictures - color slides, regular black & white, and b&w
infrared. I don't think I want to bother taking all my chemicals down there
to develop the negs while I'm there (I may just have the slides developed
locally at a lab, so it's just the b&w and infrared film that I'm concerned
with). Is it okay to go that long before developing? Is there noticable
quality loss?
The specific films will be HIE, maybe some 750nm, and then Tri-X 400, T-Max
100, Delta 3200, and maybe HP5+.
David
