I'm absolutely sure there will be no loss of contrast and/or sharpness
on your infrared and other b&w films. You said it's only a couple of
weeks.  Even if it's much longer there will be no harm done. I don't
know where you live and what the average temperature is. Just to be on
the safe side, store your films in a fridge also after exposure. So no
problem practically.
