Traffic Surveillance Films

I just got the new catalog from "film art" (http://www.filmart.de)
and noticed that they have dropped HIE from their price list. They
were the cheapest source I knew  :-(

On the other hand, they added traffic surveillance films: Kodak TSF and
RAR ("radar"), Ilford SP 816T and Agfa APX 200S. Needless to say that I
found no info at Kodak's and Ilford's sites and only very little at
Agfa's. (BTW: While searching at Kodak, I stumbled over their new "Law
Enforcement" films. Seems to be a big market, at least bigger than for
HIE ;-)

Has anybody more info on these films?
Is Ilford's SFX 200 just a relabeled SP 816T?
