Night lights

I'm heading to Vegas next week and was wondering if anyone has a suggestion 
on how to shoot the casino lights in HIE?  I just wouldn't know where to 
start.  Should I try 200asa and bracket? 
I guess this film is kind of like the slot machines.  I'll just gamble and 
hope I can get something out of it.
