70mm Pioneering Blues

I bought into the Bronica ETRSi system for the sole purpose of burning 70mm
HIE in it.  What a harang it is trying to figure out the whole process.
Thanks to some people on this discussion group the process has been easier,
but my gawd I still feel like I am planting beans in infertile soil and
winter is fast approaching.

If anyone can help me figure out a couple problems I am having with this
process, I would love to hear from you.

Problem #1
I seem to have a light leak problem with the 70mm back.  I burned several
rolls of film and processed them and all of them have a flash going through
almost every frame.  I sent it to the Camera Wiz and they put new foam all
around the edges and fixed a tracking problem I was having with the back.
I still have the same light leak problem.

Problem #2
I have scratches through the film.  I assume it is happening in the Alden
loader.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Do I need to sand some edges?
I stuck my finger in the loader (while in the black bag) and I couldn't
feel any sharp edges where the film would be touching.

Any help is _greatly_ appreciated.
