In a earlier post you mentioned the fogging is on all four edges of the
film. Almost sounds like someone fogged the stack of film before you loaded
it. Are you absolutely sure the darkroom doesn't have any IR leaks, like
black plastic curtains or veneer panels in a window? Absolute darkness
isn't always absolute.
Have you tried processing a sheet straight out of the box? If that comes up
clear then you could test the bellows by laying a sheet inside the fully
extended bellows and placing a film holder in place to keep out light, the
carry the camera out of the darkroom to a high wattage flood and shine it
all around. Do this at night so the possibility of a darkroom leak is
minimised. If this checks out good also then something very strange is
going on, contact your local paranormal research group ;-).
