--In my opinion Kodak not only has an interest in consumers but has done
more

Hi to all,
I had brought up the topic of interest of Kodak on HIE users. Please let me
make myself clear: I said it since have not been able get any responce from
Kodak. They are huge producer of all kind. They decide their strategic path.
Nevertheless if they let us to buy a product, we or at least I myself expect
to receive support one way or another. I understand halation layer's
unexistence as a feature of the film. That is to say this is the
characteristics of the film. So if you want to buy and use it that is the
"film". On the otherhand having spots or similiar things can not be regarded
as features. These may come from the wrong handling or processing and maybe
faulty production. I do not expect Kodak to have a faulty production on the
market. It comes out to be handling and processing issue. The whole story is
have their experience on the problem. I was not able to get this experience.
I keep having this spots. Thanks to the members who send me mails personally
on how not to get these, unfortunately even I followed whatever they said I
was unsuccessful. I know I have something. I wish to correct myself. I
repeat to say that the interest was not evolve from Kodak to share that
experience. It is possible they have not even heard of the help request. I
send e-mail several times to their web. Unfortunately I was not leaded.
I can not say and not have the intention to blame Kodak on all issues. I
point out my problem and still living with the problem. I believe I made
myself clear.
Good day to everyone of you, a day without earthquake. Best Regards,
İbrahim
