Some quick comments.
Rodinal works wonderfully with HSI (I don't like it at all with HIE).
TMax may be your worst solution, as it is a rather "hot" developer.
The emulsion is quite soft, so be prepared for scratches. I'm sure that
some people are able to deal with this, but the obvious solution is to use
BTZS tubes. They are inexpensive (you can make them yourself if you
want), use only two ounces of solution per sheet, the rotary processing
allows for even development, work in the light, etc.
Load the holders with gloves. The oils from your fingers (even if you
wash your hands) will show your fingerprints after developmenr, thus
spoiling the negative.
Test your holders. My Fidelity holders have seven raised dots, so they
are not acceptable. As yours have five, they should be okay.
