I would guess that most of the consumer level digital cameras are IR capable
to varying degrees. The Nikon 950 does quite well. However, the high end
pro cameras usually incorporate an IR blocking filter over the ccd. Just
take your favorite IR filter to the camera store and hold it in front of the
lens on the camera you are interested in and see if an image is visible on
the LCD.
