I think I see the point a little now... if you are exposing it at f11 with 
1/125 then it will always be the same exposure no matter what the ASA is set 
to...  so if your film speed is actually ASA 200 and you are setting it to 
ASA 12 then what is correct to the meter is actually overexposing (not 
considering filters or anything) since the film speed is slower than the 
camera "knows" about... 

Ok, its pretty bad when I ask a whole list full of people a question and then 
I just answer myself...  sorry   ;-)
