Update to Invisible Light

Hi, and happy new Millennium to you all.

I have revamped the design of Invisible Light and updated some of the pages
- but no new photos at the moment.

This includes moving some of the pages, including the technical pages and
the photo pages (but not the photos themselves).

If any of you link to the site to anywhere other than the home (index.html)
page then can you please update your links or bookmarks as the old ones
would now give an error message.

It'll be nice to hear what you think. I hope it's an improvement.
