The holes in the backplate (mentioned in a previous message) can be fixed
with the right sort of tape. The IR sensors suck though. I use Minoltas,
and only the lower-end Minoltas have them (at least in the current line).
My 9 and the 800si I was using didn't have them, and they work great as far
as I can tell. Anybody know what the advantages of the IR sensors are, if any?
