No, there's Acrobat, Shockwave, and a zillion other plugins that are
necessary to simply read a number of Web pages. The original message
sounded to me like Quicktime was necessary to see an image - nothig was said
about a movie. Apparently, I have an older version than is necessary. So,
should I take the time to download and install a completely new version to
see what is there? BTW, why would you think that I believe that Microsoft
is the only company that creates "standard conventions?" (I guess you
assume that I am using IE.)
