EIR Mounting Problem
- From: Ralph Johnston/Linda Sherman <copley@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hello Infrared people -I just had a roll of EIR (Ektachrome Infrared) developed E-6 by Color Services in Needham, MA. This was my first roll. The exposures were either a little too dark or too light even though I bracketed some of them. I guess the meter sensitivity is not for IR. These were taken with a 28mm f/2.8 lens on a Nikormat with a #12 yellow filter.
They couldn't use their auto-mounting machine. I asked if the film was too thick -they said the texture made it not work. So I am about to mount them myself using a Hama lighted cutter and slip-in plastic mounts.
Regards -Ralph
