PedroL -

Developing film is pretty darn easy - creating the print is what takes time,
patience, and work. Anyone with minimal coordination can load film onto a
spool (in the dark), pur in the chemicals, and invert the tank several times
a minute.

I would recommend first going to your local library to see what they have
there. If you are in the US, you can get books through inter-library loan.
I would recommend Adam's book, The NEgative as a good place to start,
although there'll be far more information in there than you'll need to
start. I would guess that there are many books out there that will help you
out. Seriously, after you;ve done a couple of rolls, you'll understand how
easy and rote the whole thing is (as I said, doing the prints is the hard
part).
