More HIE in 120/220

According to the CoCam IR FAQ:

"Kodak will manufacture any film format you desire, usually with the
condition that you purchase a certain mimimum order, which is normally
several thousand dollars worth of film."

so, does anybody have any idea how much they want up front and how many
rolls of 220 (or 120) the minimum order entails? does anyone know who I
can call to get such an order placed?
