Yep, definitely sounds like fogging at the processing stage, probably at 
the stage where the film is loaded into the processing machine as this 
would give you nice even streaks along your film. I've had that problem 
many years ago and it was very difficult getting the lab to recognise the 
problem ("It's not fogging any of our other film")
