Please read the Infrared FAQ info. on taking Infrared film on aircraft.

Just in case someone reads Holly's message and is tempted to follow her
suggestion, NEVER put any film in with your hold luggage when travelling by
air. It will be trashed.  The new hold luggage scanners automatically raise
their scanning power until any container, including "x-ray proof cases",
are penetrated.  Any film inside will be trashed.
