Well a lot of people ask this, and it seems like most advice is to just send 
it through the xray!  If you tell them not to open it, they most likely will 
under suspicion!
And if you have them hand check it when they open it, it will probably fog!  
Unless its Konica IR.

Now I'm wondering though, if you buy a little x-ray proof case (enough to 
hold one or two rolls) and stick it in a big suitcase full of stuff (maybe 
stick it in the clothes?), they won't really take the time to check out the 
one little case would they?
I've never tried it  ;-)  But I've seen little x-ray proof cases that are as 
big as one of those soap travel containers...
