No Problem:  The Russian Federation is  aware that the U.S. is now
producing neutron bombs and the Third World realizes that the Biotechnology
Consortium in cooperation with the military industrial complex  plans to use
game theory along with other skills to reduce the world's population..mainly
subsistance farmers and those that are fed by them.  It should not be
ignored
that the U.S. and the U.K. are working feverishly on engineering new strains
of the Spanish Flu that was a genocidal plague in 1918.....It is not
grey.....
