Is the list operational?

Hi WJ,

what's the current status of the list?
Is it supposed to be working again?

More than 13 hours ago I sent a follow-up to Ken's question
but it didn't get through yet! Is is lost or just delayed?

BTW: Independent of the current problems, it would be nice
if distribuion would be done immediate. This would help to
avoid several people posting the same answer to a question
just because of the delay.
