Kadlubek's Lens Catalogue lists it under PEN0780 (with 5? filters)
for 436 US$.
Even cheaper is the Quartz Takumar 3.5/85 which is listed under
PEN0340 for 272 US$.
For a comparison: The UV Nikkor lenses are listed as:
NIK2640: Nikkor UV, 4.0/55 (3! elements), 807 US$
NIK2890: Nikkor UV AIS, 4.5/105 (6 elements), 1076 US$
