White spots

Dear Ibrahim,

If you are fairly sure your problems are not caused in the darkroom, like 
from air bubbles, then you only have one alternative - retouching.

Getting rid of black spots on a print is a very difficult job on traditional 
(chemical) materials; you have to bleach or etch with a knife point. If you 
go digital, spotting is a breeze, but you need a scanner, computer with 
software, and a good printer.

My advice is shoot a lot of film and print from the best neg.
