IR Flash

Does anyone have any experience with the Sunpak Infrared Flash heads?
I am trying, at the moment unsuccessfully, to obtain one .
If there are any people out there that may have one for sale second hand, or
can tell me if this is a trail worth pursuing, any help would be greatly
appreciated.
