Eric, I use two RH50 backs on Graflex XLSW and XL bodies and have never seen
any problem from the holes. Of course I tend to expose for a less dense neg
than many as I don't necessarily care for the Wood effect taken to extremes.
If you do have problems one common solution is to tape backing paper from 120
film over the entire plate. Something else that was suggested on this list that
I find more elegant and maybe easier to do is to go to a hobby shop and buy
some black vinyl material with adhesive back.  This is used commonly to
decorate model airplanes.  I have some but have never seen the need for it.
