Hello Steven,
The front page of the CoCam website has a drop down menu bar about half-way
down the page with a range of photo-tools.
The CoCam Depth of Field tool allows you to select almost any film format,
focal length and f stop and then print out the resulting table. A few
people have found the tool and given positive feedback - I use it myself to
generate tables for large format lenses. Did this recently for a photo
trip, printed the tables and then left them behind - doh!
