I've had IR images printed on this paper and they've turned out quite nice
(won ribbons in competitions). They were done by Jonathan Penney's B&W
Darkroom at http://www.jonathanpenney.com. He has a discussion board at
http://www.key2success.net/bwdarkroom/wwwboard/index.htm, so why don't you
post a question there about printing Kodak IR negs on Luminos papers and
see what advice you get?

I use Marshall's Oils and Pencils, and aim for a pastel look. You can see
