         There is a cutoms lab her ein London, Ontario that does this kind 
of work.  the initial scan of th enegative (form memory here) is $35 Cdn, 
and then the canvas printing is done using dyes, and is $25 Cdn per square 
foot.
         Anyhow, if a small Cdn city of 325,000 people has a lab that can 
do this, I am sure many other cities do to.  I forget the exact name of the 
lab (it is all of a 5 minute walk away form me),b ut I thinkit s Apco Imaging.
