Stan,
Through the use of browser variables and active
server scripting, it is possible to make a set of
pages that will read the users screen size and adjust
to site to fit. It takes a bit more work but in the
long run it is worth it. I also believe that with the
use of Active server you can eliminate the right click
function of the mouse and even go a step beyond to
hide the images from would be thieves. However,
restate what a few have already said. A 96 dpi image
or even a 72dpi image will look wonderful on the
screen but terrible in print especially after being
enlarged.
