Gavin,

There is a section in the Infrared FAQ (URL in sig. file) on using 4x5 film
holders and Grafmatics. See Section 7. Which cameras? Using 4"x 5"
Cameras.

Generally it is a good idea to renew light seals before using film holders
for infrared. I also suggest keeping the end of the darkslide in the holder
during exposures to minimise the possibility of light leaks.

Grafmatics are fine as long as the light seals around the darkslide are in
good shape. The darkslides are metal so do not pass infrared light.

All the best,
