that's only due to the hot air from the Democratic convention (Philly was clear from the GOP jet stream). drive down I-10 in rush hour, let the ozone water your eyes...

from the 88 fires, should get interesting shots of the smoke plumes. nasty, fire season in So Cal, but its a fact of life. hopefully, none were arsons. 

luckily don't have that in Missouri, just tree pollen, snow, if its not one thing, its another. 
ah well. lots of great wildflowers though. lilly pads, snake eating fish, deer, egrets, cheap IR filters..(back, back, it was the last one on sale...), state and national conservation areas.

    Please remember that Houston, TX is the smog capital of the US these days.
The air in LA is much cleaner than it used to be.
