It is also necessary to know at what EI you normally expose HIE.  I generally
tend to shoot mine at EI 250, so were I to shoot it at EI 640 I would need to
push it 1 1/3 stops.  Assuming that you normally use D76 straight to develop
HIE, that would indicate to me that you might need about 15-20% additional
development time.
