Yes, I have shot many a sheet of Infrared Pinhole (see my Web site below). 
Just place a red or opaque filter over the hole and fire away.  If you have
used large format infrared film before, then the routine is the same.  If not,
let me know, because there are a few caveats when working with HSI.
